Quero comecar por pedir desculpa pela ausencia aqui do blog, mas neste momento ja me encontro a viver nos Estados Unidos da America, e foi todo muito em cima da hora e uma grande confusao e desde ja quero pedir imensas desculpas pela falta de noticias. Quero pedir desculpa tambem pela falta de acentos, pois estou a utilizar um computador americano e nao sei como colocar acentos xD.

Hoje estava meio aborrecida e resolvi gravar um vídeo que é bastante comum no YouTube e que eu pessoalmente gosto imenso de ver, porque sou curiosa à cerca destas coisas.

Depois de muitas dúvidas, incertezas e nervos, hoje venho vos dizer que criei o meu canal no YouTube e acabei de publicar o meu primeiro vídeo :).
Depois do vosso incentivo e apoio, no post em perguntei o que achavam de criar um canal, podem ver aqui, resolvi mesmo avançar com a ideia.
Acho que vai ser uma mais valia para partilhar melhor convosco o meu intercâmbio nos Estados Unidos e desta forma ajudar meninas que estão a pensar em ser Au Pairs mas têm dúvidas.
Já publiquei o meu primeiro vídeo no YouTube e quis logo vir partilhar aqui convosco. Achei que o primeiro vídeo do canal deveria ser uma introdução ao que podem esperar ver por lá.

After many doubts, pros and cons and feeling nervous about it, today I'm here to tell you that I started my own YouTube channel and that I just posted my first video :).
After all your support in my previous post, see here, where I asked you all, what you guys thought about me starting my channel, I decided to go for it.
I think it will be the best and easiest way to share with you, my Au Pair program in the USA and this way I can help girls that also want to became Au Pairs and have questions and doubts about the program.
I already posted my first video on YouTube and I wanted to share with all of you right away. I thought that the first video of my channel should be an introduction to what you can expect to see on my channel.
I'm not only doing videos about the Au Pair program but also related to fashion, makeup tutorials, TAG's, DIY and much more.
My first video is far from perfect, but I'm very proud of myself for having the courage to post it on YouTube.

Olá meninas. Hoje queria saber a vossa opinião sobre algo que ando a pensar desde que decidi ser Au Pair nos Estados Unidos.
Eu adoro escrever no blog e obviamente não tenciono deixar de o fazer mas tenho andado a pensar se não seria proveitoso criar também um canal no Youtube e conciliar as duas coisas.
Acho que talvez se torne mais apelativo ver um vídeo do que ler um texto enorme, como é o caso dos textos sobre o Intercâmbio de Au Pair que ando a preparar, para explicar todo o processo.
Desde que filmei o vídeo para o application, que fiquei com esse bichinho de experimentar, mas depois por outro lado tenho algum receio, acho que um canal de Youtube mesmo que tenha poucos subscritores, estamos mais expostas, então estou assim meio que na dúvida.
Eu sei que quando estiver nos EUA gostaria de fazer alguns vídeos sobre as minhas viagens, compras, as lojas de lá, etc... mas também não sei se isso seria algo que gostariam de ver, como podem ver, preciso mesmo da vossa ajuda.
Se criar o canal, não quero apenas fazer vídeos sobre o intercâmbio de Au Pair, porque acho que ficaria mais interessante se gravasse também alguns tutoriais sobre maquilhagem, penteados, alguns outfits , DIY's, talvez algumas receitas faceis que depois também irão ajudar no intercâmbio de Au Pair.
O que vos parece? Acham que devia começar um canal? A realidade é que de Au Pairs portuguesas apenas existe um canal no youtube e eu queria ajudar meninas, que assim como eu tive no ínicio, também elas têm muitas dúvidas sobre o Au Pair e acima de tudo dar a conhecer este intercâmbio as meninas que não o conhecem.

Bem, isto vai parecer um pouco estranho mas após 23 anos a dizer que não gostava de chá, descubro que afinal adoro... Estranho, certo?
Eu acho que tinha 8 anos quando experimentei chá pela primeira vez e odiei, o sabor era horrível e acho que nem fui capaz de beber. Depois dessa terrível experiência devo ter bebido mais uma ou duas vezes, meio que obrigada e continuei sem gostar, o sabor era detestável e o único que conseguia beber era o de casca de limão.
A cerca de 2 meses atrás, decidi dar outra oportunidade ao chá porque estava sem fome e não tinha jantado, mas não queria ir dormir sem nada no estômago. Eu não gosto de leite, nem sequer consigo sentir o cheiro portanto só sobrava o chá. A minha mãe tinha comprado um da Lipton de baunilha e caramelo, como eu adoro baunilha pensei que não seria tão mau, como não estou habituada a fazer chá, fervi muita água, pelo menos foi o que eu pensei. Quando provei fiquei completamente rendida, adorei, cheirava muito bem e sabia ainda melhor, uma das melhores coisas que já bebi.
Bebi 2 chávenas e meias daquelas grandes, depois deste sucesso, descobri onde estava o problema, os chás que tinha experimentado eram aqueles sabores normais, tipo cidreira, camomila, etc... E esses eu detesto os sabores.
Mas chás com sabores doces gosto imenso e até já tenho os meus favoritos, o de baunilha e caramelo ficou logo em primeiro lugar, depois também gosto muito do Lemon Macaroon, do Blueberry Muffin e da Tetley gosto do de menta.

Well, this might sound a little strange but after 23 years saying that I didn't like tea, I found out that I actually love it.. weird, uh?
I think I was about 8 years old when I had tea for the first time and I have to say, I hated it, it had an awful taste and I couldn't drink. After that I think I tried 2 or 3 times and hated again, the taste made me sick to my stomach, I think the only one I was able to drink was the lemon one, I kind of liked that one.
About two months ago, I decided to give it another try becausebI was not hungry so I skyped dinner but I didn't want to go to bed without eating something. I don't like milk, I can't even smell it, so the only option was a cup of tea and my mom had bought a vanilla/caramel tea, I'm crazy about vanilla so I thought that it might not be that bad. I'm not used to making tea so I boiled to much water, at least that's what I thought. I tasted it and I loved it, it smelled delicious and it tasted even better, it was one of the best things I ever drank.
I drank 2 and a half of those big teacups, after that I discovered my new addiction as well as what the problem was, the teas people used to offer me and made me try was those regular flavors and those I hate. I like the sweet ones. My favorites at the moment are Vanilla/Caramel, Lemon Macaroon, Blueberry Muffin and the mint one.

Hoje decidi apresentar-vos uma pessoa muito importante na minha vida, sim, é a minha menina, a Meggy. E pensei que melhor maneira para o fazer senão através da TAG: O meu animal de estimação.
Ela é muito importante para mim e eu queria honra-lá e fazer um post no blog dedicado a ela. Eu sempre fui uma amante de cães, adoro cães e não consigo perceber as pessoas que não tratam bem dos seus ou que os abandonam. Eu sou muito protectora da minha e quando ela está doente ou com dores, é um dos piores sentimentos que já senti porque quero ajuda-lá mas não consigo perceber onde lhe doi e fico desesperada, espero que não seja só eu =)

Today I decided to introduce you guys an important person in my life, yes, it's my baby girl, Meggy. And I thought that what a better way to show her than do the Meet my pet TAG.
She's really important to me and I wanted honor her with a post on my blog. I was always a dog person, I love dogs, I can't understand people that don't take good care of their dogs or abandon them. I'm very protective of mine and when she's sick or with pain for some reason, it's one of the worst feelings I've ever experienced because I want to help her and I can't figure it out why she's in pain, I hope this isn't just me =)

1) What is your pet’s name?/ Qual é o nome do teu animal de estimação?
My baby girl name is Meggy / A minha menina chama-se Meggy.
2) What kind of pet is it and what breed/ Que animal de estimação é e de que raça?
She's a dog and she's a Poodle/ É uma cadela e é uma Caniche.
3) How long have you had your pet friend/ A quanto tempo tens o teu animal de estimação?
For 12 years, ever since she was born/ Há 12 anos, desde que ela nasceu.
4) How did you get your pet/ Como é que arranjaste o teu animal de estimação?
I was 10 years old when one of my mother's friend gave her to me, because there were two girls and she got one for her and asked my mom if she could give the other to me/ Eu tinha 10 anos quando uma amiga da minha mãe me ofereceu a Meggy, porque tinham nascido duas cadelinhas e ela ficou com uma para ela e perguntou a minha mãe se me podia dar a outra.
5) How old is your pet/ Qual a idade do teu animal de estimação?
She's 12 years old, will turn 13 on September 23rd/ Ela tem 12 anos, faz 13 no dia 23 de Setembro.
6) What are some quirky things about your pet’s personality/ Quais são algumas das coisas peculiares sobre a personalidade de teu animal de estimação?
She does this weird thing... I put food in her bowl and before she eat the food, she takes all the food from the bowl to the floor, and then eats it from there. I mean she doesn't eat the food from the bowl, like never only from the floor and another thing that she does is, normally dogs have a water bowl to drink water, right? well not mine, ever since she was a puppy, she only drinks water from our bidé, that super weird. When people come to my house their like "Oh you forgot to take the water from your bidé, it's full" and I'm like "Oh yes, that's Meggy's water" and I look like the crazy one/ Ela faz uma coisa estranha... Eu coloco-lhe a comida na taça dela, e ela tira toda a comida da taça para o chão e só depois é que come. Ou seja, ela não come a comida da taça apenas do chão e éla faz outra coisa estranha que é, normalmente os cães tem uma taçinha para a água, certo? Bem a minha, desde pequenina que só bebe agua no nosso bidé, o que é muito estranho.
Quando as pessoas vão a minha casa de banho dizem-me"Olha que não despejaste o teu bidé, está cheio" e eu tipo "Ah eu sei, é onde a Meggy bebe água".
7) What does your relationship with your pet mean to you/ O que significa para ti o teu relacionamento com o teu animal de estimação?
My relationship with my dog... I mean I have her for 12 years now, so I have her for more time than I've known some people in my life. She's been with me for more than a half of my life, so to me she's like a daughter and it breaks my heart knowing that this kind of dogs normally live for 14/15 years, I can't really think about it because when I try to imagine coming home and not having her there, it's heartbreaking/ A minha relação com a minha cadela... O que é que posso dizer? Tenho-a a mais de 12 anos, por isso vivo com ela a mais tempo do que conhce algumas pessoas na minha vida. Já passei mais de metade da minha vida com ela, por isso, para mim ela é como uma filha e parte meu coração saber que este tipo de cães normalmente vive 14/15 anos, eu não consigo pensar pensar nisso sequer porque quando tento imagina-me a voltar para casa e não tê-la lá, parte-me o coração, custa muito mesmo.
8) What are some of your favorite past times with your pet/ Dos momentos que já passaste com o teu animal de estimação quais são os teus favoritos?
My favorite past times with Meggy... I remember when she was a puppy and she used to destroy all of my mom's plants and then I had to try to fix it, so that my mom didn't find out about it. I remember the first time I took her to the beach and she hated it having sand in her paws and I had to carry her all the time. I also remember one time that she was sick and she wanted to sleep in my bed like everyday but she couldn't jump on and off the bed because she had hurt her cervical, so I didn't slept that night, just stand there watching her sleep and helping her in and out of the bed like 50 times/ Os meus momentos favoritos com a Meggy... Lembro-me de quando ela era pequenina e ela destrui-a todas as plantas da minhas mãe e tinha que andar a tentar arrumar os vasos para ela não descobrir. Lembro-me da primeira vez que a levei a praia e ela odiou ter areia nas patas e tive que andar com ela ao colo o tempo todo. Também me lembro de uma vez em que ela estava doente e como todos os dias queria dormir na minha cama, mas como ela não podia saltar para a cama e despois para o chão porque ela tinha magoado a cervical, eu simplesmente não dormi, com medo dela saltar enquanto eu estava a dormir, então fiquei a olhar para ela a dormir a noite inteira e a ajuda-lá a subir e descer da cama, pelo menos umas 50 vezes.
9) What are the nicknames that you call your pet/ Quais são os apelidos que chamas ao teu animal de estimação?
Well... Meggs, Boo, Boo-boo, M, M-Dog/ Bem, Meggs, Boo, Boo-Boo, M, M-Dog
Today I decided to do the Disney tag, most because I'm crazy about everything Disney, especially the movies, so I thought it would be fun to do this Tag and tag you all to do it too.
1 - What is your favorite Disney Movie/ Qual é o seu filme favorito da Disney?
I think saying all, does not count :) So, maybe Tangled, The Lion King, Frozen and Air Buds, I love movies with dogs.
Acho que dizer todos, não vale :) Então, talvez os Enrolados, O Rei Leão, Frozen e os Air Buds, adoro filmes com cães.
2- What is your favorite Disney character and why/ Quem é o seu herói/protagonista favorito e porquê?
Rapunzel because she's not a typical Disney princess. She's clever, kind, strong, fun and charismatic. Basically... She's just awesome and she made me laugh through the whole movie.
Rapunzel porque ela não é a tipica princesa da Disney. É inteligente, carinhosa, forte, divertida e carismatica. Basicamente... Ela é espetacular e fez-me rir o todo o filme.
3- Who is your favorite villain and why/ Quem é o seu vilão favorito e porquê?
The Scar from The Lion King, because of his sinical and jealous personality and also because he executed the most diabolic plan in Disney history.
O Scar do Rei Leão, por causa da sua personalidade sínica e invejosa e também porque executou o plano mais diabólico da história da Disney.
4- A Disney movie that is underrated/ Um filme da Disney que merecia mais destaque?
The Fox and the Hound, I love this movie I always end up crying. I really think it should have more attention.
O papuça e dentuça ou o Cão e a Raposa como é conhecido no Brasil. Eu adoro este filme e sempre que vejo acabo a chorar. Eu acho mesmo que este merecia mais atenção.
5- A scene in any Disney movie you wish you could experience/ Uma cena de qualquer filme da Disney que você gostaria de experimentar.
This one is difficult. But maybe the lantern scene in Tangled, I love it.
Esta é dificil. Talvez, a cenas das lanterna no filme Enrolados, gosto muito.
6- Which is your favorite Disney song/ Qual é a sua música favorita da Disney?
I have a few but maybe The Circle of the Life - The Lion King and Do you want to build a snow man - Frozen, this one is stuck in my brain.
Tenho algumas mas talvez o Circle of the life - Rei Leão e Do you want to build a snow man - Frozen, esta última fica na cabeça.

2D for sure.

I think it was The Lion King at least is the one I remember watching many times while I was a kid.

No, I think all of them amused and inspired me. Oh and a few made me cry... a lot.

As many of you may already know I'm crazy about candles, there's always one burning in my room and I talked to Cliona Kelliher that is the owner of an Etsy shop where she sells candles that she makes herself. She always try to reuse materials and she also incorporates eco-friendly packaging and materials. Purity Belle candles are all about being eco-friendly.
Cliona was super nice and sent me 3 candles to review, this was before the blog went down, so I want to apologise and ask you all to check her Etsy store because she owns a small business and struggles to keep it running and having a full-time job. I also want to apologise to Cliona for taking so long for the post to came live on my blog.
About the candles I got 3 different scents - Banana Nut Bread; Vintage Rose; Apple Blossom.
They all have amazing scents, I have to say that my favorite is Banana Nut Bread because it's such a warm scent, it's perfect for winter and it really smells like food.
These candles not only have an amazing scent in the container but also when you burn them. Sometimes you get those candles that smell really good in the container and when you burn them it doesn't smell like that at all, so I was really surprise with these ones.
The other day I burned the Vintage Rose for about one hour in my room and then I went out, when I came back 2 hours later the scent was still there and it lasted almost the whole day. So they not only smell delicious but the scent also last for a relly long time.
I would highly recommend you to check Cliona's shop and making an order because you won't regret it. I'm already trying to decide which scent should I get next but they all seems to be good, so it is a little hard to make my choice.

My mom's birthday was on march 23rd and I decided to take her to lunch.
I wanted to do a surprise, but I didn't know where she would like to go so I decided to ask her where she would like to go.
She likes Chinese and we didn't had chinese food in a while, so we went to a Chinese restaurant that we have in Sesimbra, it's really good and really cheap, we order more than one dish for each, the fried shrimp costs like 3€, it's amazing.
I love Chinese food, I could eat it every day. The food there is really good and it's a lot for one personagem.
It was really nice to have lunch with my mom, we don't get to do that often, even though we live in the same house, we only have dinner together on the weekend because during the week she gets out of work around 10pm and also with all the work we have it's impossible. So we had the opportunity to catch up and have some fun. I also invited my aunt and my cousin because once in a while we like to get together, just the ladies and spend some quality time and with gold food is even better.
So I’m obsessed about TV shows, I also watch many movies, but TV shows are my biggest passion.
And I must confess that sometimes it gets hard to keep track on all of them, there’s always a new show starting, I watch the pilot and immediately add it to my watch list and now I think I follow almost every single TV show that it’s on.
I started to watch Eye Candy and Empire last month and I’m addicted to them, they’re already on my favorites list. If you don’t watch it yet, I highly recommended it, they're great.
Why should you watch empire? Well, first the characters are based on real people, then you'll see a lot of competition, cat-fights and family drama, Cookie and Lucious are such a dynamic duo, I love their scenes and if that's not enough for you, the music at the show is just amazing, Timbaland is the one handling the music.
And why should you watch EyeCandy? First just like the title says they're all eyecandy, especially Tommy and second it's a horror series, I don't know if I can call it that but there's an unknown creep killing people and if you watch the pilot, you won't be able to stop watching until you find out who he is.
Beside these two, I have those TV shows that I've been watching for a while, like Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D, Pretty Little Liars, Arrow, Oh Arrow... I really like it and the episodes never disappoint me, I also watch The Fosters and Vampire Diaries, even tough I'm not loving the storyline at the moment, it's more of the same, I don't see those twists that I saw during season 2 or 3.
I was now recommended to start watching the Orphan Black, I never saw it but I saw on youtube the preview and it looked interested, it's already in season 2.
I love to shop on eBay because everything you can think of, you'll find it there. I've seen videos on youtube where girls had a jewelry display or holder in the back and I confess that I even saw some DIY to try to make one because the ones in the videos, were kind of expensive, but it didn't go that well :) and give up on doing it. The other day my mom was in my room and she was saying that I needed to organize my watches and bracelets because she was finding them all over my room and around the house and I wanted them I never knew where I kept it. Well, as always mom knows best and I went to eBay look for holders and I found exactly the one I wanted and it was actually cheap. I guess it was around 18$ I got it from this seller : http://www.ebay.com/itm/3-Tier-Black-Velvet-Jewelry-Bracelet-Watch-Show-Display-Holder-Stand-Rack-New-/261671335823?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3cecd3b78f I got mine in black, not only because it was cheaper but because it was in velvet, I also saw it in white, pink and in leather. It's a 3 tier rack, I guess there's also a smaller size too. The product quality is actually pretty good, I thought it would look like the one I tried to make with hot glue all over it but no, it has great quality. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a place to storage your watches and bracelets. My mom was really proud of me when I got this and organized everything. Now I always know where my things are. I'll admit I bought it mostly for her to stop bugging me but it came out to be really handy and it looks really pretty on my room.
It feels so good to be back here and writing to all of you again. Today is the day I re-launch the blog and make my come back. I wanted to make sure that the blog would have a new look and a new me to start this journey. I have new ideas that I really want to accomplish like new posts themes to make the blog more interesting, also some blogging tricks and tips, more makeup and hair tutorials, etc... I really want to grow the blog and my audience and I attent to do that through better posts that all of you will like. I now have a schedule, I will post on Monday's, Thursday's and Saturday's, this way my readers know when there will be news at the blog. Every time I think that my last post in October I get so upset. So I think I own all my readers an explanation.
The blog was doing really, really good and I was ready to end the year with almost the double number of followers than I had last year and then I got the stupid idea that maybe it would be better to move from Blogger to Wordpress because of a few articles I read.
I decided to hire a guy from etsy to do it because it's a really hard process and I didn't know how it was done. Well, the guy I hired apparently wasn't that good either because he screwed up big time. I have no idea of what he done, but he blocked my access to my own blog. He didn't do it on purpose at least that's what he said but he changed some codec's or whatever and he couldn't restore it, for almost two months the guy tried to solve the problem, I didn't wanted him to erase all the information because I would lose a few posts in the process, so he tried everything he couldn't, but it was not able to fix it.
That made me lose the access to the blog and after long emails and explanations to the blogger team, they took a look at it and that was around Christmas time by the end of January they helped me getting my blog back.
Since then I've been working on the blog, before I start posting again, I will be re-launching the blog on March 9th so stay turn for a big come back. I'm already changing the layout and theme.
I want to apologise to all my readers for going MIA for so long, I lost some followers along the way but I'll get them back and to those who stayed, I'll prove you've made the right decision.

Encontrei um novo amor, eu sempre adorei waffles e crepes. Era capaz de comê-los todos os dias, mas ontem estava no supermercado e vi um pacote com 4 gaufres, eu já os tinha experimentado uma vez, mas depois nunca mais os voltei a ver à venda no supermercado.
I found a new love, I've always loved waffles and Crepes. I could eat them every day but yesterday I was at the supermarket and I saw a package with 4 gaufres and I had tried them once but then I was never able to find it again at the supermarket.
Na minha casa todos temos gostos diferentes quando se trata de waffles, crepes ou gaufres, eu gosto dos meus com canela, açúcar em pó e doce de ovo, o meu irmão gosta dos dele com chocolate e frutas e os meus pais com chocolate e uma bola de gelado.
Tudo o que tenho para vos dizer é que têm um sabor incrível, eram tão deliciosos.
E acabei de encontrar um lugar em Lisboa, que, supostamente, tem os melhores gaufres da cidade, eu mal posso esperar para ir para lá experimentá-los.
In my house we all have different tastes when it comes to waffles, crepes or gaufres, I like mine with cinnamon, powder sugar and egg cream, my brother likes his with chocolate and fruit and my parents with chocolate and ice cream.
All I can say is that it tastes amazing, they were so delicious.
I just found a place in Lisbon that supposedly have the best gaufres in town, I can't wait to go there.
Pois é, quando vi que o último post que tinha feito foi a 16 de Fevereiro, senti-me culpada por ter parado de postar sem qualquer tipo de justificação.
Mas nunca pensei que me fosse acontecer tanta coisa em apenas 3 meses.
Para começar arranjei emprego e ainda não arranjei maneira de conciliar o trabalho das 9h as 19h com o blog, gosto do que estou a fazer, apesar de não ser o que quero fazer para toda a vida, dá para juntar algum dinheiro e depois dedicar-me ao que quero seguir. Neste momento estou a trabalhar na Century21.
Oh boy, when I saw that my last post was on 16 February, I felt guilty for having stopped posting without any kind of justification.
But I never thought it would happen to me so much in just 3 months.
For starters, I got a job and still not found a way to combine a job from 9am to 7pm with the blog, I like what I'm doing, although is not my dream job, I can make some money and then devote myself to what I really wanna do with my life. I am currently working at Century21.
Depois parece que tudo começou a piorar e só espero que as más noticias tenham acabado.
No dia 2 de Abril, perdi a minha avó, e foi como sentir o chão a fugir debaixo dos pés, nunca tinha perdido ninguem de familia e na minha ideia iria demorar muito até algo deste genero acontecer, nunca estamos a espera de uma coisa destas. E fica tanta coisa por dizer, por fazer...

On April 2nd, I lost my grandmother and I can't even explain how shocked I was, I had never lost anyone in my family and I always thought that it would happen anytime soon, we are never waiting for something like this And there's so many things I wish I had said and done...

Olá a todas, espero que tenham tido uma maravilhosa passagem de ano. Como disse no último post eu não ligo muito, por isso a minha foi passada em casa com a minha família a comer e a ver filmes :) Apesar de para mim a passagem de ano não ter importância, o gosto de pensar que o primeiro dia do ano é uma espécie de recomeço, aproveito para pensar em tudo o que fiz de errado no ano que passou e pensar o que posso melhor este ano que está para vir. Este ano resolvi fazer uma lista de resoluções para 2014 e partilha-la aqui no blog. Acho que ao tornar públicas estas resoluções vou ter de me esforçar mais para as realizar, porque no final de 2014 vocês vão saber se as realizei ou não, e se a lista fosse só para mim, se eu não conseguisse ninguém iria saber. Sendo assim e aproveitando que tenho 365 dias pela frente, aqui está a minha lista de resoluções para 2014.
Hello to you all, I hope you all had a wonderful New Year's Eve. As I said in my last post I do not care much about New year's Eve, I spend it at home with my family, eating and watching some movies :)
Although for me the New Year's does not matter, I like to think that the first day of the year is kind of a fresh start, the opportunity to think about everything I've done wrong in the past year and think what I can do better this year. This year I decided to make a list of resolutions for 2014 and sharing it here on the blog. I think that making public my resolutions I will have to work harder to accomplish because at the end of 2014 you will all know whether I fulfilled them or not, and if I kept the list for myself, If I didn't fulfilled anything no one would know.
So taking advantage of the 365 days I have ahead of me, here is my list of resolutions for 2014.
1. Fazer exercício regularmente - no mínimo 4 dias por semana. Eu sei que esta é a resolução de muita gente e quase ninguém cumpre, mas eu resolvi colocar porque neste ano que passou eu ganhei algum peso, devido a estar desempregada, e à falta de exercício posso dizer que não fiz nenhum, e neste momento não estou satisfeita com o meu corpo e acho que está na altura de fazer alguma coisa.
1. Exercising regularly - at least 4 days a week. I know this is the resolution of many people and hardly anyone fulfilled it but I decided to make it my resolution because I gained some weight due to being unemployed and the lack of exercise and I must confess I didn't exercised at all and right now I am not satisfied with my body and I think it's time to do something about it.
2. Ler mais - Sim, ler aqueles livros que comprei a mais de 2 anos e que ainda estão a espera que pegue neles.
2. Read more - Yes, I have to read all the book I've bought almost 2 years ago.
3. Encontrar um emprego - Eu sinto que esta é a minha resolução mais importante, nem que seja um part-time, já começo a dar em maluca de estar em casa sem ter o que fazer, sem ter horários a cumprir.
3. Finding a job - I feel like this is my most important resolution, even if it is a part-time, I starting to get a little crazy for being at home without nothing to do, without having schedules.
4. Ser mais activa - Neste caso não tem a ver com exercício mas sim com a resolução de cima, caso não encontre emprego, não quero mais ficar em casa, então quero encontrar fazer alguns cursos ou voluntariado, qualquer coisa que me ajude a sair mais de casa e ter o que fazer.
4. Be more active - This resolution has nothing to do with exercise but with the resolution above, if I can not find a job, I don't want to stay at home any longer so I want to find some courses or volunteering work to do, anything that helps me to go outside and have something to do.
5. Arrumar a minha maquilhagem - Esta é mais uma obrigação porque a minha mãe está farta de ver maquilhagem espalhada no meu quarto, então quero arranjar um sítio onde possa guardar toda a maquilhagem.
5. Organizing my makeup - This is more a obligation because my mother is sick of seeing makeup all over my room, so I want to find a place where I can keep all the makeup organized.
6. Fazer com que o blog continue a crescer - O blog é uma parte muito importante da minha vida e tem sido o que me tem mantido sã. Espero que 2014 seja um bom ano para o blog, espero fazer mais posts, com melhor qualidade e interagir mais com os leitores do blog.
6. Keep making the blog grow - The blog is a very important part of my life and has been what has kept me sane. Hopefully 2014 it will a good year for the blog, I hope to write more posts, with best quality and interact more with my blog readers.
7. Fazer mais amigas bloggers - Esta é uma das minhas resoluções mais importantes e porquê? Porque as minhas amigas fora do blog não gostam das mesmas coisas que eu, com elas não posso falar sobre maquilhagem, roupa, produtos, etc... e neste momento gostava de ter alguém dentro de mundo com quem pudesse falar sobre estes tópicos. Qual é a vossa principal resolução para o ano de 2014?
Olá, ainda estou um pouco em modo Natal, super cheia e com imensa preguiça, quero aproveitar para pedir desculpa por não ter conseguido acabar a minha Contagem Regressiva para o Natal mas entre idas ao hospital para visitar o meu avô, receber visitas, arrumar a casa para o Natal, fazer comida, jantares na casa deste, almoços na casa do outro foi impossível. Senti muita pena por não ter vindo fazer um post a desejar-vos um bom Natal mas nestes dias, pouco tempo tenho tido para estar em casa.
O meu Natal foi bom, mas com o que aconteceu ao meu avô confesso que me tirou um pouco a vontade de festejar e posso mesmo dizer que não gostei do Natal este ano, muito por estar preocupada com o meu avô e não poder passar com ele mas acho que também por não ter passado em casa e não ter conseguido fazer as minhas tradições, mas acredito que para o ano será melhor :)
Hoje venho apenas colocar algumas fotos que fui tirando no Natal.
Hi, I'm still a little in Christmas mode, full with food and super lazy, I want to apologize for not being able to finish my Christmas Countdown but between trips to the hospital to visit my grandfather, receiving people in my house, arranging the home for Christmas, make food, dinner here, lunch there it was impossible. I felt very sorry for not making a post to wish you all a Merry Christmas but these days, I have had little time to be home.
My Christmas was good, but with what happened to my grandfather I have to confess that I didn't felt like celebrating this year and I can even say I did not liked Christmas this year, I think it was for being concerned about my grandfather and not being able to spend Christmas with him but also because I didn't spent Christmas at my house this year so I was not able to make my traditions and all that but next year it will be better :)
